Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the BTCGAME platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including all games, wallet functionality, and related features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BTCGAME, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future modifications to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BTCGAME. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before participating. We reserve the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
3. Account and Wallet
Access to BTCGAME is provided by connecting a Bitcoin wallet and signing through Sign-In-With-Bitcoin. Your BTC identity maps to a self-custodial FomoWell account on the Internet Computer (ICP). You are responsible for securing your credentials, private keys, and wallet access. Any activity conducted through your account or connected wallet is your responsibility.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits transfer the selected asset (currently BTCDEFI and ckBTC) from your FomoWell account on ICP to the platform and are credited after on-chain confirmation at the current rate. Withdrawals convert your in-app USD balance at the current rate and are paid to your FomoWell account — currently settled in BTCDEFI, with more assets coming soon. A 24-hour cooldown applies to withdrawals following your first deposit. A 5% platform fee is deducted from each withdrawal, and ICP network transaction fees also apply.
5. Gaming Rules
Each game has specific rules detailed on its respective game page. All bets are final once placed and cannot be reversed. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed in-game. House edge varies by game and is published on the Fairness page.
6. Provably Fair
BTCGAME uses a provably fair commit-reveal scheme for all games. Server seeds are committed via SHA-256 hash before each round and revealed afterwards so players can independently verify results. Manipulation of game outcomes is cryptographically impossible.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other illegal activity. Automated bots or scripts are prohibited without explicit written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in prohibited activities and to withhold associated balances pending investigation.
8. Limitation of Liability
BTCGAME is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from gambling activity, network failures, smart contract bugs, or events beyond our control. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
